The Venture Capital funds burn up, the Dream implodes. Life crises that often destroy entire families, leaving many on the streets in their wake.
As Andrew Funk, founder of Homeless Entrepreneur, notes in this compelling interview, a minority of "Rough Sleepers" we see on the streets may be there due to addictions or mental illness. Many more — an unseen majority— want to work and yearn to reestablish their lives: yet are caught up in a vicious circle.
